Thank you for shopping at Sculpted Learning! We take great pride in handcrafted activity kits designed to inspire creativity and learning. Because our items are made with care and often intended for immediate play, please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

Damaged or Defective Items

Due to the delicate nature of handcrafted figurines, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Include your order number and clear photos showing the damaged items and shipping box.

We will gladly send a replacement product or issue a store credit for the damaged items at no additional cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Kits: Unopened and unused painting kits in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus initial shipping fees).

Custom & Event Orders: Custom event packages, bulk bookings, and personalized kits are non-refundable once production has begun or delivery has been completed.
