Processing Time

 All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 Since our plaster figures and craft kits are handcrafted with care, extra processing time may be required during peak seasonal periods or sales. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: Flat- rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times range between 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

 Local Pickup: (If applicable) Free local pickup options are available at checkout for eligible postal/ZIP codes.

Fragile Item Packaging

 Plaster products require delicate handling. We take extreme care in packaging your craft kits using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.

Damaged Goods in Transit

 If your order arrives damaged, broken, or compromised during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sculptedlearning@gmail.com

 Please include clear photos of the damaged items as well as the outer shipping box so we can review the claim and issue a replacement.

Incorrect Addresses

 Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Sculpted Learning is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship returned packages.
